Radcliffe Gower Education and Training is a strategic, change management and recruitment consultancy working exclusively in the education and training sectors.

Our consultants have worked in schools in the independent and maintained sectors, in the educational services industry and in commercial training.

In recruitment, our knowledge of the sectors, allied with a well proven recruitment methodology results in a service which maximises the chances of a successful senior management appointment. We work either as the project managers of the recruitment process or as advisors to a panel. 

We also offer general consultancy and research capability to individual organisations or national bodies.
