We have also worked with the Department for Education and Skills, the Training and Development Agency for Schools and the National College for School Leadership (NCSL) within the Bursar Development Programme. We help those individuals who are seeking to enter the profession, offering free advice and the possibility of their enrolling on one of the NCSL's programmes for bursar development.
We also conceived of and maintain the web site www.sbmjobs.co.uk. This publicises roles in maintained schools, with the dual objective of helping those within and outside the profession to further their careers, and to generally raise the profile of the profession as a whole.
